homemade crackers! who knew?! i’d never made or tasted such a thing as warm homemade crackers until the monday night. trying out smittenkitchen’s recipe for parmesan cream crackers turned out to be the best thing to do on a cold sunday-like monday. they were surprisingly easy to make (especially if you’re not particular about each cracker being perfectly shaped) and tasted beyond this world. but how else would warm buttery flakey fresh cheesy goodness taste besides drool-worthy? i will never look at cheezits (or even the underwhelming “Natural” brand alternatives to cheezits) in the same way. homemade crackers!!
