I like the exaggerated, almost elven glow in some of these photos of the morning light. I had been trying to take Solstice on our morning walks early, when the air was still cool and the deer flies weren’t out yet. This was from one of those mornings. I think it was the next day that we ventured out the earliest yet and caught a perfect morning view of the wetland. i am learning to find my perspective with this camera and lens and bumbling about a bit. it’s a new beginning, and is starting to get more fun and interesting as i give myself more time with it.
