…………

I haven’t taken many photos of the garden this summer, compared to the amount of time I’ve spent puttering around in it. The past few weeks I’ve really noticed a difference in the light at the end of the day. It’s also been so dry, and I haven’t been motivated to tend it too much these days. With the exception of my recent carrot harvest, and subsequent delicious carrot soup, of course!

Here’s what’s done/doing well and then not so much:

Happy!: Broccoli, Cabbage, Peppers (ish), Cucumbers (ish), Carrots, Beets, Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Potatoes

Not so much: Green Beans, Kale (fall batch planted, though),  Herb garden basil, cilantro and dill, Roma Tomatoes,

There’s still hope????: Melons, Squash, Corn, Onions

I’ll be sure to share a fall update soon, too. I can’t believe it’s already mid-September. Ahh!
